Late Delivery
If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe, you may request a R20 store credit after delay verification.
15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Processed to your original payment method within 5 calendar days after your return is received and inspected.
Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking or handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns. The original shipping fee is not refunded.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. Where applicable, your rights to a repair, replacement, or refund remain unchanged.
Warranty
7-day cooling-off for online orders (refund of the price paid, less return costs; the original shipping fee is not refunded), 30 days for unused change-of-mind returns, plus a standard 6-month warranty for manufacturing faults.

1. 3W high-power 850 infrared LED
2. Onboard photoresistor, the ambient light detector
3. Onboard adjustable resistor, for controlling the ambient light threshold of toggling the infrared LED
4. Allows adding night vision function to cameras which feature embedded infrared filter :
a) 100 degree field of view, two pieces of LED is required to get wider field of view
b) Supported devices : RPi Camera (E), RPi Camera (F), RPi Camera (H)
How to Use
1. Connect the Infrared LED Board to the camera PCB by screws
2. The screw holes are used for both attachment and power supply
3. Adjust the adjustable resistor to set a proper ambient light threshold, which toggles the infrared LED automatically
4. When ambient light is lower than threshold value, the infrared LED is on, vice versa
Note :
1. Limited by the Raspberry Pi power supply, the 3W high-power infrared LED might cause the Pi to increase heating, heat sinks are suggested.
2. Ideal imaging distance is within 3m. When the distance goes up to 6m, the night vision camera can just capture blurry outlines.
