🚚 Shipping Protection

We support eligible deliveries through our 3-part shipping protection process:

1. R20 Credit for Late Deliveries

  • If your order is delivered later than the estimated timeframe shown at checkout, you may request a R20 store credit. We issue the credit after verifying the delivery delay.

2. 15-Day Tracking Protection

  • If tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, we will offer a free reshipment or refund.

3. 30-Day Delivery Delay Policy

  • If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the dispatch date, you may choose a full refund or a free replacement shipment after verification.

Total delivery: 8–17 business days from order date (0–3 days processing + 8–14 days transit via Buffalo International Logistics).

↩️ Our Return Policy

  • 30-Day Change of Mind: Eligible unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. The customer pays return shipping, and a 25% handling fee applies.
  • 6-Month Fault Coverage: Manufacturing defects are covered for 6 months. We pay return shipping for approved faulty-item returns.
  • 48-Hour Damage Reporting: Transit damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist.
  • Local Returns: Approved returns are sent to a local South African address, which we provide once your return is approved. No international return shipping is required.

💰 Pricing Transparency

  • DDP Pricing: Prices include applicable import duties and taxes handled through our delivery process, so you are not asked to pay extra courier charges on delivery.
  • Free Shipping over R750: Free standard shipping on South Africa orders over R750. A R49 standard shipping fee applies to orders below R750.
  • Final Checkout Price: The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay for the order.
