Shipping policy
Order Fulfilment & Logistics Partner
To offer our selection of global tech items, we fulfil every order directly from our vetted partner fulfilment warehouse in Dongguan, China. We use Buffalo International Logistics to manage deliveries to South Africa.
Handling & Transit Times
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2 PM South African Standard Time
- Handling Time: Processed and dispatched within 0–3 days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- Transit time: 8-14 business days via Buffalo International Logistics
- Total estimated delivery time is 8–17 business days
All-Inclusive Pricing: No Hidden Fees
All products are imported through South African customs. KifTech covers all import taxes and customs fees upfront. Prices are final and all-inclusive due to our DDP shipping method. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. You will not be asked for any additional payments from the courier upon delivery.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over R750. A R49 standard shipping fee applies to orders below R750. South Africa only.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the system. This allows you to monitor your delivery's progress from origin to your doorstep.
Business Days
Our fulfilment and shipping operations run from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Service Area
We ship to physical addresses within the Republic of South Africa only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Estimated Delivery Timeframe
The estimated delivery timeframe refers to the delivery window shown on the product page and at checkout at the time of purchase. All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.
Delayed Deliveries
If your order is delivered later than the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout, we will issue a R20 store credit to your account upon request after verification.
Tracking Protection
If tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, we will offer a free reshipment or refund.
Non-Delivery Protection
If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the dispatch date, you may choose one of the following:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A free replacement shipment
