Founded in 2025, KifTech (Pty) Ltd is a registered South African tech retailer based in Berea, KwaZulu-Natal. We help South African customers buy selected imported tech products with clear delivery timelines, duty-paid pricing, local support, and no surprise courier charges on delivery.
How We Work
KifTech is an online tech retailer selling selected imported products. We are not a marketplace connecting customers to unknown third-party sellers. We work with a vetted fulfilment partner in Dongguan, China, to source and dispatch selected tech products for South African customers.
To ensure your order is handled through a clear delivery process, we use experienced logistics providers, primarily Buffalo International Logistics, to manage freight and final delivery across all nine South African provinces. Orders are processed and dispatched within 0–3 days. After dispatch, transit to South Africa usually takes 8–14 business days, giving a total estimated delivery window of 8–17 business days after order placement.
What Makes Us Different
- Selected Product Range: We focus on imported tech products that fit our catalogue, can be delivered through our fulfilment route, and can be supported after sale.
- DDP Pricing (No Surprise Bills): We price products on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. Import taxes and duties are included in the price shown at checkout. The checkout total is what you pay — free standard shipping on orders over R750, a R49 standard rate below R750, and no hidden courier charges on delivery.
- Local Returns & Warranty Support: We take responsibility for the products we sell. Returns and warranty support are managed by our KZN team, so if there is an issue, you deal directly with us in South Africa.
- Local Customer Care: Our chatbot is available 24/7 for quick questions and order tracking. Our local support team is available on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM SAST via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Shipping Protection: Every order is covered by our Shipping Protection Policy, which allows customers to request support for verified delays, tracking issues, or non-delivery.
