Returns & Refunds Policy
Change-of-Mind Returns (30 Days)
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, the item must be in new, unused condition with its original tags and packaging. Because our products are imported and brought in to order, a 25% handling fee applies to change-of-mind returns and is deducted from your refund. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items (6-Month Standard Warranty)
If your item has a manufacturing fault, you can return it within six months of delivery at our cost. You have the right to choose a repair, a replacement, or a full refund.
Items Damaged on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery. To ensure a swift resolution for items damaged in transit, you must notify us of any visible damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. This allows us to promptly address the issue with our couriers and does not affect your 6-month warranty for manufacturing faults. Delivery delays or non-delivery issues are handled separately under our Shipping Policy and Shipping Protection Policy.
How to Start a Return
You can start a return in one of two ways:
- Online: Log in to your account at account.kiftech.co.za to log your return directly.
- Email: Email us at support@kiftech.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.
For faulty items, please include photos to help us speed things up. We'll reply with instructions within one business day.
Where to return: All returns are processed locally within South Africa. Once your return has been reviewed and approved, we’ll email you the return address and full return instructions. Please do not ship any item back before your return is approved, as unapproved returns cannot be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
- For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and a 25% handling fee is deducted from your refund.
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 calendar days.
