Order Fulfilment & Logistics Partner
To offer our selection of global tech items, we fulfil orders from our vetted partner fulfilment warehouse in Dongguan, China. We use Buffalo International Logistics to manage deliveries to South Africa.

Handling & Transit Times

  • Order cut-off time: 2 PM South African Standard Time
  • Handling time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 0–3 days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • Transit time: 8–14 business days via Buffalo International Logistics after dispatch.
  • Total estimated delivery time: 8–17 business days.

All-Inclusive Pricing: No Hidden Import Fees

All products are imported through South African customs. KifTech covers applicable import duties and customs fees upfront through our DDP delivery method. The price and shipping cost shown before checkout are the final amounts you pay for the order. You will not be asked for additional import or customs payments by the courier on delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping applies to South African orders over R750.
  • A R49 standard shipping fee applies to orders below R750.
  • Shipping is available within South Africa only.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the tracking system.

Business Days

Our fulfilment and shipping operations run from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Service Area

We ship to physical addresses within the Republic of South Africa only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Issues

If you experience delivery problems, contact us at support@kiftech.co.za and provide your order number and tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Timeframe

The estimated delivery timeframe refers to the delivery window shown on the product page and at checkout at the time of purchase. All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, courier backlogs, or remote delivery locations.

Delayed Deliveries

If your order is delivered later than the estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout, you may request a R20 store credit. We issue credits after verifying the delivery delay.

Tracking Protection

If tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.

Non-Delivery Protection

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the dispatch date, you may choose one of the following after verification:

  • A refund to your original payment method
  • A replacement shipment

  • Delivery timelines are counted in business days only.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
  • This Shipping Protection Policy applies to deliveries within South Africa only.
  • Any delivery credits, refunds, or replacement shipments under this Shipping Protection Policy are applied after verification and are not issued automatically.
