The SIM800L on a compact adapter board (25 x 23mm, 5.4g) for GSM/GPRS projects. Quad-band network, Micro SIM slot, TTL serial interface for direct microcontroller connection, and an onboard signal indicator (slow flash = signal, fast flash = no signal). Includes antenna.
Powers from a lithium battery (3.7–4.2V). The module boots and searches for network automatically on power-up. Peak current draw reaches 1A — ensure your power supply can handle it, or add a capacitor buffer. Standard for IoT projects requiring SMS, GPRS data, or voice functionality on Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi setups.
