At KifTech, we're committed to getting your tech accessories to you on time. Our comprehensive shipping protection policy ensures you're supported throughout the delivery process. Delivery credits or refunds under this policy are issued after a customer request and successful verification of eligibility.

Our 3-Part Shipping Support

We support our deliveries with three levels of protection to provide peace of mind:

🎯 1. R20 Credit for Delivery Delays

What it covers: Late deliveries beyond our estimated timeframe

Your benefit: R20 credit available upon request

How it works:

  • If your order isn't delivered on or before the latest delivery date provided to you
  • Contact us at support@kiftech.co.za with your order number
  • After we verify the delay, a R20 store credit may be issued to your KifTech account
  • The credit can be used on your next order with us

📦 2. 15-Day Tracking Protection

What it covers: Packages that may be lost in transit

Your benefit: Reshipment or refund options available

How it works:

  • If your package has no tracking updates for over 15 consecutive days without being delivered
  • Contact our support team at support@kiftech.co.za
  • We'll investigate and offer a reshipment or refund
  • This covers packages that may have been lost in transit

⏰ 3. 30-Day Delivery Protection

What it covers: Extended delivery delays beyond 30 days

Your benefit: Reshipment or complete refund available

How it works:

  • If your package hasn't been delivered within 30 days after dispatch
  • Contact us at support@kiftech.co.za with your order details
  • After verification, we will offer a reshipment or full refund
  • Complete support for extended shipping delays

How to Request Protection

Requesting support is simple and straightforward:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@kiftech.co.za with your order number
  2. Provide Details: Include your tracking information and delivery concerns
  3. Quick Response: We'll review and respond within 1 business day
  4. Resolution: Credits, refunds, or reshipments processed promptly after verification

Additional Information

  • Tracking Provided: You'll receive tracking information once your order ships
  • Shipping Costs: Free standard shipping on South Africa orders over R750. A R49 standard shipping fee applies to orders below R750.
  • DDP Pricing: Prices are all-inclusive. We cover all applicable import duties and taxes on your behalf to ensure no hidden fees at delivery.

Terms & Conditions

  • This shipping protection policy applies to standard shipping within South Africa
  • Delivery dates are calculated from the shipment date, not order date
  • Credits are issued to your KifTech account balance for use on future purchases
  • Protection requests must be submitted within reasonable timeframes after the issue occurs
  • This policy is in addition to your standard consumer rights under South African law
  • KifTech reserves the right to investigate delivery issues with courier partners
  • Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays
