Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Total delivery: 8-17 business days from order date
- Handling: 0-3 business days
- Transit: 8-14 business days via Buffalo International Logistics

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Free standard shipping on South Africa orders over R750. A R49 standard shipping fee applies to orders below R750.

Q: Do I have to pay customs duties or additional fees?

A: No! All prices on our website are all-inclusive using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. We handle all customs duties and import costs through KifTech's import licence before your package reaches you. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay โ€“ no surprise fees upon delivery.

Q: Do you ship within South Africa only?

A: Yes, we currently ship only within South Africa. Free standard shipping on orders over R750; a R49 standard shipping fee applies to orders below R750.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer two types of returns:

  • Change-of-Mind Returns: 30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging (customer pays return shipping)
  • Faulty/Damaged Items: 6-month guarantee for manufacturing faults (we provide prepaid return shipping)

Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Q: How do I start a return?

A: You can start a return by:

  2. Emailing us at support@kiftech.co.za with your order number and reason for return

We'll respond with instructions within one business day.

Q: How long do refunds take to process?

A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 calendar days.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex), Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Capitec Pay, Instant EFT, Mobicred, Zapper, SnapScan, RCS, Mukuru, and SCode. All payments are processed securely via PayFast with SSL encryption.

Q: Are your prices in South African Rand?

A: Yes, all prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Important: KifTech is not VAT registered, so we do not charge VAT. Our prices are final and inclusive because we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, which means all import duties and costs are handled by us before delivery to you.
