Late Delivery
If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe, you may request a R20 store credit after delay verification.
15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking or handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns. The original shipping fee is not refunded for change-of-mind returns. For an approved faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, where a refund is given, the original shipping fee is refunded as well as the item price.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. Where applicable, your rights to a repair, replacement, or refund remain unchanged.
Warranty
7-day cooling-off for online orders (refund of the price paid, less return costs; the original shipping fee is not refunded), 30 days for unused change-of-mind returns, plus a standard 6-month warranty for manufacturing faults.

Instructions:
1. Plug the car OBD2 socket into the device
2. All LEDs are blinking, than left on
3. Turn the ignition key to enable the electronic board, but do not turn on the motor
4. Press the button, the action to be performed in the short term
5. The LED of the selected operation will be on, the other LEDs will be off
6. The LED will perform the light chain, which means the reset is done
