Late Delivery
If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe, you may request a R20 store credit after delay verification.
15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Where a refund is given, the original shipping fee is refunded as well as the item price.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. A. The freezing point of Antifreeze based on Propylene Glycol and Ethylene Glycol. It can not measure the antifreeze based on methanol.
B. The freezing point of Automotive glass water. It can not measure the glass water based on methanol.
C. The concentration of Automotive Adblue (Urea)
D. The Specific Gravity (sg) of the rechargeable battery fluid.
It is equipped with Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC), so that the fractometer is automatically adjusted to correct temperature discrepancies of environment temperature.
