All products are legally imported through South African customs using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. We handle all customs duties and import costs on your behalf through KifTech's import licence. Prices are final and all-inclusive due to our DDP shipping method. Change-of-Mind Returns (30 Days)
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be in new, unused condition with its original tags and packaging. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items (6-Month Guarantee)
We stand by our quality. If your item has a manufacturing fault, you can return it within six months of delivery at our cost. You have the right to choose a repair, a replacement, or a full refund.
Items Damaged on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery. To ensure a swift resolution for items damaged in transit, you must notify us of any visible damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. This allows us to promptly address the issue with our couriers and does not affect your 6-month guarantee for manufacturing faults.

Return Address: All returns are processed at our South African facility. You will not need to ship items internationally—we provide a local South African return address for all returns.
