Description
A replacement clockspring (spiral cable / coil spring) for the steering wheel on selected Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge models. The clockspring maintains the electrical connection between the steering column and the rotating steering wheel — enabling the horn, airbag, cruise control, and audio buttons to work regardless of steering wheel position. When it fails, you typically get a no-horn condition, airbag warning light, or dead steering wheel buttons.
