Late Delivery
If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe, you may request a R20 store credit after delay verification.
15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. A 25% handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns made after the 7-day cooling-off period.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. Where applicable, your rights to a repair, replacement, or refund remain unchanged.
Warranty
7-day cooling-off for online orders (full refund less return costs), 30 days for unused change-of-mind returns, plus a standard 6-month warranty for manufacturing faults.

Description
1. It is possible to disable AdxBlue system by installing an AdxBlue emulator (programmable device) into the vehicle. You can switch it on/off anytime.
2. EURO6 AdBlue Emulators Disable system: AdxBlue system (Fully) / AdxBlue NOX sensor / DPF system / DPF temperature sensors / DPF regeneration.
3. After installing Euro6 Emulator, you can remove: DPF sensors / NOx sensor (only in DAF dona??t remove first NOx sensor) / Adblue temp. sensor / Adblue pump / Adblue level sensor / Adblue ECU.
4. Emulator Man Euro 6 does not need to be learned. You install emulator under the metal cover of AdBlue Pump on the right side behind the cab, and disconnect plug from AdBlue Pump and connect emulator.
5. Next, you need to remove the fuses:
F894(Multisensor In AdBlue tank)
F738 (+30 Signal of AdBlue pump)
F1084 (NOx sensor Upstream)
Fuse F737 is now fuse of emulator.
Fuse F1109 is the fuse of NOx sensor Downstream and A1191 mufler temperature sensor. This sensor needs to work correctly for DPF regeneration.
6. Finally, you need to remove Power from NOx downstream sensor. There are two ways options, one is to cut pin 1 in NOx sensor plug, the other way (better) is to remove pin 10 in X3212 plug. This plug is visible on rear of engine on the right side. This is TE plug (16 pin) with yellow key.
