Late Delivery

15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. A 25% handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns made after the 7-day cooling-off period.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. 2. The probe measures the liquid or contact surface temperature and supplies power to the fan.
3. Adopts 3 Pin design, allowing the thermostat to be connected as a normally open or normally closed circuit.
4. The probe can be installed between the radiator fins or inside the inlet/outlet pipe.
5. The thermostatic dial has Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature marks for easy understanding of temperature changes.
