Late Delivery
If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe, you may request a R20 store credit after delay verification.
15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. A 25% handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns made after the 7-day cooling-off period.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. 2. Unique dual-core, dual-architecture design, featuring a dual-core ARM Cortex-M33 processor and a dual-core Hazard3 RISC-V processor, both operating at flexible clock speeds up to 150MHz.
3. Uses Infineons CYW43439 wireless chip, supporting Wi-Fi 4 and Bluetooth 5.2.
4. Built-in 520KB SRAM and 4MB on-chip Flash.
5. Stamp hole design for direct soldering to user-designed baseboards.
6. Pico 2 WH uses official solder headers; no stamp hole design, connection to the baseboard is only possible via headers.
7. USB 1.1 host and device support.
8. Supports low-power sleep and hibernation modes.
9. Can be recognized as a mass storage device via USB for drag-and-drop program downloads.
10. Up to 26 versatile GPIO pins.
