Late Delivery
If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe, you may request a R20 store credit after delay verification.
15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. A 25% handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns made after the 7-day cooling-off period.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. 1. This is a small 1D/2D codes reader, by using the intelligent image recognition algorithm, it will decode the barcode or 2D code on paper or screen, fast and accurately.
2. Through the onboard USB and UART interface, it can be directly plugged into a computer, or be easily integrated to kinds of devices due to its small form factor.
