If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe, you may request a R20 store credit after delay verification.
15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. A 25% handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns made after the 7-day cooling-off period.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. Where applicable, your rights to a repair, replacement, or refund remain unchanged.
Warranty

2. It is easy to connect and install, it is just an expansion port, no need to install drivers.
3. Support system: Compatible with all motherboards with USB 2.0 header port, suitable for all Windows and Linux systems. Need motherboard or expansion card with 9PIN socket and chassis with TYPE-E cable
4. The input signal is SuperSpeed USB 2.0 5Gbps, and the connection speed will be limited to a maximum of 5Gbps. Because it is a 9PIN USB2.0 rate, it can only transfer out the USB2.0 rate, and cannot increase the speed.
