Late Delivery
If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe, you may request a R20 store credit after delay verification.
15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking or handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns. The original shipping fee is not refunded.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. Warranty

1.The Passive PCI-E M.2 / NGFF Card Adapter is designed for wireless applications in desktop computers that convert the Half-Size MiniCard (NGFF) to 9-pin USB header or standard 1x pci-express slot.
2.You can insert your M.2 type USB card into this adapter, and then connect it to the 9-pin USB header port via USB cable. Or insert your M.2 / NGFF type PCI-E card into this adapter and then insert into the PCI-E 1x connector.
3.Wireless-ac 7260/7265 / 8260ac dual-band WiFi and Bluetooth combo card can be used to support WiFi over PCIe and Bluetooth over USB at the same time.
4. Low-profile height-standard height PCI Express1x Add-on Card per grouped bracket.
5.PCIe MiniCard support: IEEE WLAN802.11a / b / g / n, 802.11d, 802.11e, 802.11i, 802.11h, 802.11ac
