Late Delivery
If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe, you may request a R20 store credit after delay verification.
15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking or handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns. The original shipping fee is not refunded for change-of-mind returns. For an approved faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, where a refund is given, the original shipping fee is refunded as well as the item price.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. 1. 6.35mm jack adopts gold-plated copper, zinc alloy shell and black baking paint.
2. XLR 3pin jack adopts zinc alloy shell, which is sturdy and durable, effectively shielding noise, copper gold-plated contact points, low signal transmission loss, and good contact performance.
3. Double layer shielded wire, effective noise reduction, good shielding effect.
4. 6mm thick outer diameter, PVC material outer skin, with strong toughness and a longer service life.
5. Product purpose: widely used as a connecting cable for mixing consoles, speakers, and power amplifiers.
6. This cable does not distinguish between positive and negative directions, and both XLR and 6.35mm heads can be input or output. XLR is dual mono, with a black tail for the left channel and a red tail for the right channel.
