Late Delivery
If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe, you may request a R20 store credit after delay verification.
15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. For an approved faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, where a refund is given, the original shipping fee is refunded as well as the item price.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. 1. This Scart to HDMI compatible converter converts the analog signal input from the Scart jack to 1080p (60HZ) HDMI compatible signal output. Playback devices with only SCART interfaces, such as DVDs and set-top boxes, can be connected to high-definition display devices. The analog to digital processing sampling rate is up to 10 162MSPS, and the composite signal can be automatically converted to 1080p (60HZ) output using technologies such as black/white level extension, improved color transition, dynamic range extension, bright white processing, and automatic detection.
