If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking or handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns. The original shipping fee is not refunded.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. Warranty

Description
1. For models with too high exhaust and no side racks, it is necessary to install double side bags to insulate and prevent scalding;
2. It can prevent the exhaust from overheating and scalding yourself, and it can also protect the exhaust pipe from being hit by hard objects;
3. If the distance from the top of the seat cushion to the exhaust pipe is less than 36cm, it is recommended to install an exhaust anti-scalding guard.
