Late Delivery
If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe, you may request a R20 store credit after delay verification.
15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking or handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns. The original shipping fee is not refunded for change-of-mind returns. Where a refund is given, the original shipping fee is refunded as well as the item price.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. 2.The PCIE x 1 to 8 serial port card is designed for POS, ATM and other applications. You can connect various serial port devices such as PC, terminal, modem, printer, scanner, etc. Each port has a data rate of 921.6 Kbps.
3.Provides the configuration control signal, ensures the serial port equipment, peripheral compatibility allows you to install the multiserial card on the PC or shared server.
4.The PCIE to 8DB9 expansion card is equipped with an aluminum alloy heat sink with strong thermal conductivity, which can protect the chip from burning for a long time and extend the life of the adapter card.
