1. This product is an adapter device for connecting an external graphics card to a notebook computer. Graphics card and power supply need to be purchased separately. (Internal screen: To use the notebook’s own display, the notebook needs to have its own intel core display (Intel (R) HD Graphics) and an external Nvidia graphics card with GTS450 or above. Otherwise, an external display is required)

Features:
1. The power supply of the graphics card uses 4 solid capacitors (the big 4PIN is 3 capacitors), which makes the power supply of the graphics card more stable and safe.
2. The adapter card has a graphics card 6PIN interface or a large 4PIN interface, so that the power supply of the graphics card is independent from the motherboard, thereby reducing the burden on the motherboard when multiple graphics cards are connected.

Change-of-Mind Returns (30 Days)
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be in new, unused condition with its original tags and packaging. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items (6-Month Guarantee)
We stand by our quality. If your item has a manufacturing fault, you can return it within six months of delivery at our cost. You have the right to choose a repair, a replacement, or a full refund.
Items Damaged on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery. To ensure a swift resolution for items damaged in transit, you must notify us of any visible damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. This allows us to promptly address the issue with our couriers and does not affect your 6-month guarantee for manufacturing faults.

You can start a return in one of two ways:

For faulty items, please include photos to help us speed things up. We'll reply with instructions within one business day.
Return Address: All returns are processed at our South African facility. You will not need to ship items internationally—we provide a local South African return address for all returns.
Return Shipping Costs
- For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
