To offer our selection of global tech items, we fulfil every order directly from our partner warehouses in China. We've partnered with Buffalo International Logistics, specialists in the China-to-South Africa trade lane, to manage all deliveries.
Electronic Device Imports: All electronic devices are properly imported through customs with full duty payment. Individual ICASA certifications are not held. See our Regulatory Compliance page for complete transparency.
Handling & Transit Times
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2 PM South African Standard Time
- Handling Time: Your order will be processed and dispatched from the warehouse within 1–3 business days.
- Transit Time: Once dispatched, our standard shipping service aims for a transit time of 7–15 business days to any address in South Africa. This is an estimated delivery window based on the efficient air freight and priority customs clearance services provided by our logistics partner, Buffalo.
- Please note: While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times may occasionally vary due to factors such as remote delivery locations or public holidays in South Africa.
All-Inclusive Pricing: No Hidden Fees
All products are legally imported through South African customs using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. We handle all customs duties and import costs on your behalf through KifTech's import licence. Prices are final and all-inclusive due to our DDP shipping method. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. You will not be asked for any additional payments upon delivery.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a Buffalo tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the system. This allows you to monitor your delivery's progress from origin to your doorstep.

Change-of-Mind Returns (30 Days)
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be in new, unused condition with its original tags and packaging. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items (6-Month Guarantee)
We stand by our quality. If your item has a manufacturing fault, you can return it within six months of delivery at our cost. You have the right to choose a repair, a replacement, or a full refund.
Items Damaged on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery. To ensure a swift resolution for items damaged in transit, you must notify us of any visible damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. This allows us to promptly address the issue with our couriers and does not affect your 6-month guarantee for manufacturing faults.
How to Start a Return
You can start a return in one of two ways:
- Online: Log in to your account at account.kiftech.co.za to log your return directly.
- Email: Email us at support@kiftech.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.
For faulty items, please include photos to help us speed things up. We'll reply with instructions within one business day.
Return Address: All returns are processed at our South African facility. You will not need to ship items internationally—we provide a local South African return address for all returns.
Return Shipping Costs
- For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
