If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. A 25% handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns made after the 7-day cooling-off period.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. Description
1. Applicable models: For Samsung Galaxy A15 / A25 5G
2. Material: TPU+PC shell+thermal transfer aluminum sheet+double-sided tape
3. Recommended machines: high-pressure flatbed machine or shaking head heat press machine
4. Thermal transfer method: Before transfer, tear off the white side of the film and keep the surface of the aluminum plate clean; use color inkjet paper at 190 degrees Celsius for 50 seconds, with the aluminum plate on top and paper on the bottom, and use medium pressure!
5. This is a blank sublimation rubber phone case, soft TPU edge + hard board completion.
6. Sublimation of pure white aluminum plate.
7. We only sell blank ones, we do not provide printing services!
