Late Delivery
If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe, you may request a R20 store credit after delay verification.
15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking or handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns. The original shipping fee is not refunded for change-of-mind returns. Where a refund is given, the original shipping fee is refunded as well as the item price.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. Warranty
7-day cooling-off for online orders (refund of the price paid, less return costs; the original shipping fee is not refunded), 30 days for unused change-of-mind returns, plus a standard 6-month warranty for manufacturing faults.

Description
1. The real machine opens the mold, effectively fixes the front and rear propellers, protects the propellers in the folded storage state, and prevents them from being damaged when they are put into the backpack;
2. It will not squeeze and damage the propeller, and at the same time, it can fix the propeller during storage, so that it is not easy to shake and cross;
3. Reasonably fix the propeller to fit the fuselage without affecting the use of the lens cap;
4. Half-wrapped chassis design, the base can wrap the motor at the bottom of the drone when storing, preventing debris from entering the motor;
5. The paddle has two holes to adjust the tightness, which is easy to install and remove.
