Late Delivery

If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking or handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns. The original shipping fee is not refunded.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. Warranty

Description
1. Engineered specifically as a high-performance charging hub compatible with DJI Avata 360 drone batteries. Equipped with a Type-C input supporting 5V-15V/3A and 20V/5A (Max). When paired with a PD 100W or higher power adapter, it can fully charge two batteries simultaneously in just 50 minutes, or a single battery in 45 minutes, dramatically cutting down wait times between flights. (Note: Charger only, batteries and power adapter are not included).
2. Features advanced charging logic to optimize safety and speed. When using an input of 65W or above, it intelligently balance-charges the battery with lower power first until both are equal, then charges both concurrently. For inputs under 65W, it automatically switches to sequential charging mode, charging batteries one by one from the highest power level to the lowest to ensure efficient energy transfer.
3. Switch modes effortlessly with a physical button on the side. "Full Charge Mode" gets your batteries ready for immediate action. "60% Storage Mode" automatically charges or discharges batteries below 60% power to a safe 60% to 65% capacity range. Maintaining lithium drone batteries at 60% during long-term storage effectively prevents battery swelling, cell degradation, and permanent lifespan loss.
4. Turn your drone batteries into an outdoor power bank! Featuring a built-in USB-A output port, this hub can discharge your Avata 360 batteries to charge external mobile devices. Easily power up your smartphones, tablets, flight remote controllers, or action cameras when you are off-grid, maximizing utility in outdoor environments.
5. Keep track of every charging detail easily. The front panel features a rich sequence of LED lights that indicate: CH1/CH2 status, current active mode, Temperature Warnings, and Input Power levels ( (Red: input 100W or above; Green: input 65W or above; Off: input under 65W)). Backed by multiple built-in guards against over-voltage, over-current, over-charge, short-circuits, and abnormal temperatures.
