Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. A 25% handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns made after the 7-day cooling-off period.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. 2. Anti-collision upgrade to cushion impacts. When the traversing machine is hit, it can effectively alleviate the impact force and reduce or prevent the gimbal from being damaged.
3. Does not affect the turtle turning over. Installing a bumper will not prevent Avata 2 from turning over independently.
4. Does not hinder flight vision. The protective bar will not appear in the camera screen and will not affect aircraft shooting.
5. Does not affect the installation and removal of the pan/tilt cover.
