Late Delivery

15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking or handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns. The original shipping fee is not refunded for change-of-mind returns. Where a refund is given, the original shipping fee is refunded as well as the item price.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. Warranty
7-day cooling-off for online orders (refund of the price paid, less return costs; the original shipping fee is not refunded), 30 days for unused change-of-mind returns, plus a standard 6-month warranty for manufacturing faults.

4. Nano-coating technology is used to endow the lens with high-quality waterproof, oil-proof and anti-fouling capabilities, which is easy to clean without leaving traces.
5. ND filter: Prevent overexposure in strong light environment, and can effectively control exposure. Increase color saturation, choose different types of ND filters according to different exposure parameters to obtain special photographic effects such as foggy water flow and starry sky light trails
6. CPL can adjust the light by adjusting the scale, mainly to eliminate non-metallic reflections, make water more transparent, and eliminate glass reflections. Make the image clearer and the color more saturated.
7. UV filter can protect the delicate drone lens, hard coating process, effectively protect the lens, thin frame without vignetting, high light transmittance, multi-layer coating reduces light refraction effect, no color cast, restores the real ambient color
