15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking or handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns. The original shipping fee is not refunded for change-of-mind returns. Where a refund is given, the original shipping fee is refunded as well as the item price.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. Warranty
7-day cooling-off for online orders (refund of the price paid, less return costs; the original shipping fee is not refunded), 30 days for unused change-of-mind returns, plus a standard 6-month warranty for manufacturing faults.

3. Use widely for the sheet metal processing of automobile, refrigerator, motorcycle, washing machine, etc.
How to use this paintless dent repair kits:
1. Clean damage surface with a clean wet cloth
2. Put the glue stick to gun and connect the power source and preheat for 5-10 minutes
3. Pull the trigger and apply the suitable drawing gasket with extruded glue (The 4 holes of gasket should be applied with hot melt glue)(Note: The larger the drawing gasket is, the larger the drawing force is)
4. Immediately place the drawing gasket with hot melt glue in the center of the dent and hold until sticks (Let the glue cool for about 5-8 minutes. The cooling time should be less than 10 minutes and should be shorter slightly in winter)
5. Align the T-shaped repairer and press the drawing gasket with hot melt glue, pull the sliding rod backwards to pull up the dent
6. When dent was removal, clear the glue by alcohol with plastic shovel
7. If dent still exists, knock it slightly with a flattening hammer with Tapdown head 8 Repeat the operation steps above until the dents are repaired
