Late Delivery
If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe, you may request a R20 store credit after delay verification.
15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking or handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns. The original shipping fee is not refunded for change-of-mind returns. For an approved faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, where a refund is given, the original shipping fee is refunded as well as the item price.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. 1. The antenna can be rotated 360 degrees, and the antenna can be retracted using its seven parts, for receiving noiseless FM radio stations, after pulling out the antenna, change the length and direction until you find the best position for reception.
2. The best AM frequency should be found by rotating the orientation of the radio itself using the built-in magnetic antenna inside the radio.
