Late Delivery
If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe, you may request a R20 store credit after delay verification.
15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking or handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns. The original shipping fee is not refunded for change-of-mind returns. For an approved faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, where a refund is given, the original shipping fee is refunded as well as the item price.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. Warranty
7-day cooling-off for online orders (refund of the price paid, less return costs; the original shipping fee is not refunded), 30 days for unused change-of-mind returns, plus a standard 6-month warranty for manufacturing faults.

2. Metal connector, anti-oxidation and corrosion-resistant, good contact performance, low resistance, and low transmission loss.
3. 6.0mm wire diameter, 24AWG double-layer shielding, effectively shielding external signal interference.
4. Y-type breakout cable design, PCB board connection, one-piece injection molding.
5. This audio cable can convert the 6.35mm stereo output interface into 2 RCA male interfaces. For example, the 6.35 TRS output of the mixer is converted to a dual RCA interface through this adapter cable and connected to the input interface of the power amplifier.
6. This audio cable does not distinguish between forward and reverse directions, so the RCA output of the audio player can also be converted to a 6.35mm stereo interface and connected to the 6.35mm stereo input interface of the mixer.
