Late Delivery
If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe, you may request a R20 store credit after delay verification.
15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking or handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns. The original shipping fee is not refunded.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. Where applicable, your rights to a repair, replacement, or refund remain unchanged.
Warranty
7-day cooling-off for online orders (refund of the price paid, less return costs; the original shipping fee is not refunded), 30 days for unused change-of-mind returns, plus a standard 6-month warranty for manufacturing faults.

2. Ultra-thin appearance, original imported movement, strong error-correcting ability, shockproof, low noise, and can be operated horizontally or vertically.
3. USB plug and play connection mode: Easy access or installation of the unit through the USB port of most current laptop / desktop systems, low power consumption: the unit draws power from the USB port.
4. No external power adapter is required to provide disk drive requirements in a completely mobile environment. The portable USB disk drive can read and write, so no external power supply is required.
5. Provides a complete mobile computing environment when traveling or without a power outlet, with a very small form factor: light weight and small size. Which greatly increases mobility and reduces space requirements for 1.44MB or 720KB disks. The industry standard USB port connection method can easily be connected to ThinkPad i 1200/1300 series, NetVista S Series, and notebook / desktop systems through the USB port.
