Late Delivery
If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe, you may request a R20 store credit after delay verification.
15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking or handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns. The original shipping fee is not refunded.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. Warranty

4. Applicable situation: GPS signal amplifier is an auxiliary receiving tool, which has a good improvement effect on the deterioration of GPS signal caused by filming etc.
5. How to use:
-Put the GPS antenna outside the car, it is generally recommended to put it near the license plate or rear glass, the signal line enters the car through the gap in the tail box
-Put the GPS amplifier near the antenna of the integrated car navigation system (or mobile phone navigation)
-Connect the antenna connector SMA male and SMA female.
-Plug the USB interface to the cigarette lighter to take 5V power
-The power light on the amplifier is on
6. Matters needing attention:
-When installing, try to place the antenna and amplifier as far away as possible
-Open the navigation map
-Adjust the position of the antenna so that more satellites can be found on the navigation
