15-calendar-day tracking
If your order has not been delivered and tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification and investigation, we may offer a free reshipment or refund.
30-calendar-day non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after dispatch, contact us. After verification, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement shipment.

Shipping fee
Return shipping support is provided for confirmed faulty items. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. No restocking or handling fee is deducted from the refund of change-of-mind returns. The original shipping fee is not refunded for change-of-mind returns. Where a refund is given, the original shipping fee is refunded as well as the item price.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns. If you would like a different item, model, colour, size, or variant, return the original item under the Change-of-Mind Returns terms and place a new order for your preferred item. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional shipping cost once the return has been reviewed and approved. Warranty
7-day cooling-off for online orders (refund of the price paid, less return costs; the original shipping fee is not refunded), 30 days for unused change-of-mind returns, plus a standard 6-month warranty for manufacturing faults.

Description
1. Made of silicone, flexible, durable and non-stick.
2. Heat-resistant temperature -40-220 degrees Celsius. Safe for use in ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, refrigerators, and freezers.
3. Non-stick and easy to de-mold. It is best to wash with warm soapy water before first use and after each use. Make sure it is dry before storage.
4. Silicone baking molds are used to make mousse, cakes, pastries, jellies, brownies, cheesecakes, chocolate truffle puddings, desserts, ice cream, soaps, etc.
5. Important Notes: Keep away from sharp objects; avoid direct contact with open flames or proximity to heat sources; do not use olive oil; and refrain from using the Crisp function/key on the microwave.
