- Change-of-Mind Returns: 30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging (customer pays return shipping)
- Faulty/Damaged Items: 6-month guarantee for manufacturing faults (we provide prepaid return shipping)
Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
