How to use:
1. It is best to place the ring on the little finger of your hand about an hour before bedtime (men usually use their right hands, women are better with their left hands). After putting it in place, squeeze it slightly to make the acupuncture points work normally.
2. The acupressure stimulator on the inside of the ring acts on the sensitive point of the snorers finger, which is located outside the base of the finger between the knuckle and the fingertip.
