Installation Instructions:
1.Please use the alcohol swab and the microfiber fabric to clean the LCD screen before installation.
2.Peel the protective layer off the adhesive side.
3.Carefully align the glass to the screen.
4.Press the center of the glass then adhesive part will spread over all parts smoothly.
Cautions:
1.As this is a glass product, please note that the edges of the glass are the most vulnerable areas.
2.When removing for re-use, the adhesive properties might wear off to an extent where the screen protector will not adhere to the device. It is not recommended to rouse the glass protector once it is been applied.
3.Using excessive force who installing or removing the screen protector may damage the product.

- Transit Time: Once dispatched, our standard shipping service aims for a transit time of 7–15 business days to any address in South Africa. This is an estimated delivery window based on the efficient air freight and priority customs clearance services provided by our logistics partner, Buffalo.

All products are legally imported through South African customs using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. We handle all customs duties and import costs on your behalf through KifTech's import licence. Prices are final and all-inclusive due to our DDP shipping method. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. You will not be asked for any additional payments upon delivery.

Change-of-Mind Returns (30 Days)
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be in new, unused condition with its original tags and packaging. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items (6-Month Guarantee)
We stand by our quality. If your item has a manufacturing fault, you can return it within six months of delivery at our cost. You have the right to choose a repair, a replacement, or a full refund.
Items Damaged on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery. To ensure a swift resolution for items damaged in transit, you must notify us of any visible damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. This allows us to promptly address the issue with our couriers and does not affect your 6-month guarantee for manufacturing faults.
How to Start a Return
You can start a return in one of two ways:

- Email: Email us at support@kiftech.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.
For faulty items, please include photos to help us speed things up. We'll reply with instructions within one business day.
Return Address: All returns are processed at our South African facility. You will not need to ship items internationally—we provide a local South African return address for all returns.
Return Shipping Costs
- For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
