Features
1. Specifically designed for DJI AIR 3, it fits the four legs brackets of AIR 3 and has a split tripod design that will not block the indicator lights, fill lights, bottom sensors and heat dissipation holes, and will not open for obstacle avoidance.
2. Can effectively increase the distance between the drone and the ground by 25 mm. When AIR 3 takes off or lands on uneven ground, it can reduce the impact force, allow the drone to land smoothly, and protect the AIR 3s body, sensors and gimbal camera from damage. This prevents ground debris or water stains from soiling or damaging the drone body, gimbal, and propellers. Effectively improves the DJI AIR 3 drone ability to adapt to the ground environment during takeoff and landing.
3. Adopting a split quick-release design, the battery can be quickly replaced without disassembly, and does not affect the folding of the drone arms. You only need to disassemble the heightening tripods on the two rear tripods to store them in the original bag, STARTRC special bag, and commercially available bags. In most bags, the other two disassembled tripods are also small and easy to carry.
4. Lightweight design. The entire landing gear weighs 32g. The lightweight design will not add extra burden to the flight of AIR 3, and it will not shake or fall off during flight.
5. Note: It cannot be used with propeller protection; the aircraft cannot be put into a waterproof box or other storage equipment without removing the rear tripod.

All-Inclusive Pricing: No Hidden Fees
All products are legally imported through South African customs using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. We handle all customs duties and import costs on your behalf through KifTech's import licence. Prices are final and all-inclusive due to our DDP shipping method. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. You will not be asked for any additional payments upon delivery.

Our standard shipping service is optimised for a balance of speed and reliability. At this time, we do not offer a separate, premium-priced express shipping tier.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email with a Buffalo tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the system. This allows you to monitor your delivery's progress from origin to your doorstep.

Return Info

Change-of-Mind Returns (30 Days)

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return an item for a full refund. To be eligible, the item must be in new, unused condition with its original tags and packaging. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items (6-Month Guarantee)

We stand by our quality. If your item has a manufacturing fault, you can return it within six months of delivery at our cost. You have the right to choose a repair, a replacement, or a full refund.

Items Damaged on Arrival

Please inspect your order upon delivery. To ensure a swift resolution for items damaged in transit, you must notify us of any visible damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. This allows us to promptly address the issue with our couriers and does not affect your 6-month guarantee for manufacturing faults.

How to Start a Return

You can start a return in one of two ways:

  1. Online: Log in to your account at account.kiftech.co.za to log your return directly.
  2. Email: Email us at support@kiftech.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return.

For faulty items, please include photos to help us speed things up. We'll reply with instructions within one business day.

Return Address: All returns are processed at our South African facility. You will not need to ship items internationally—we provide a local South African return address for all returns.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
